1. May we utilize Convergent's insurance consultants without the technology, or conversely use the technology services alone?
   
   Yes.
   
   Convergent provides the best set of services to meet your needs. You may contract for technology services only, insurance consulting only, or both. In addition, consulting might be ongoing or a single project. The choices are yours.
   
   
2. Will we lose control of our business if we engage Convergent?
   
   Absolutely not!
   
   Convergent helps you operate your business more effectively. We do not run your business! Although Convergent consultants are experienced property and casualty executives, they act only to the extent you authorize. Unless you prefer otherwise, they make recommendations for your decision rather than make and implement decisions independently.
   
   Convergent's technology helps you improve control, not lose it. The technology's capabilities to set business rules and authorities enable you to establish your operating rules and service standards as firm controls on your employees, agents, consultants, and vendors. No person may take an action outside your rules and standards. Moreover, workflow rules and reporting capabilities make it easy for you to know when any exception or action requires intervention by company management or personnel.
   
   
3. If we use Convergent's SurePower Innovation technology where will our data be stored — will we have easy access to it and will it be secure?
   
   You always have immediate access to your data via an Internet-connected computer. This is effectively the same kind of access you would have if the data were on a computer located in your office. The connection uses secure protocols and you can have different levels of access for different groups of people.
   
   Your data is physically stored on dedicated servers located at the offices of ISCS, Inc., in San Jose, California, and backed up daily for disaster recovery. ISCS utilizes the most sophisticated data security capabilities available. You continue to own your data: ISCS and Convergent will provide you copies of your data in a mutually agreed format if you decide to change to another technology service platform.
   
   
4. How does Convergent staff for insurance services provided to us on a regular basis?
   
   The proposal included in our business review will identify a team of consultants that can be dedicated to serving you. Our professionals will work side-by-side with your staff and treat your business as if they were an employee with a stake in your success. A lead consultant serves as your point of contact for any issue that you prefer not to address with a team member. We handle issues of recruitment, employment, and retention.
