Andy Scurto, Chief Executive Officer Andy is the principal designer of Convergent's Web-services insurance processing solutions. Like Convergent itself, Andy combines cutting-edge technical knowledge with insurance-specific expertise in rate filings, MGA programs, data processing, communications, and more. Andy has more than 20 years of experience in IT and development, including 15 years working specifically with insurance industry systems. As founder and continuing president of ISCS, the developer of the industry-leading complete insurance processing system for the mid-market, Andy has had hands-on experience with scores of mid-sized insurance organizations deploying and using insurance processing automation. He has seen firsthand the changes in the insurance market through the 1980s and 1990s, the limitations technology has had in addressing them, and the difference Convergent's Web-services platform can make. Andy received his bachelor of science degree in computer engineering from San Jose State University. |

Tom Trezise, President Tom brings to Convergent clients an extraordinary depth of experience in the property casualty business, including operational areas, technology, financial concerns, and contractual issues facing insurers, reinsurers, third party administrators, and intermediaries. From start-up insurers to large international insurers, Tom has served the insurance industry for over 28 years as an insurance executive, general counsel, and trial attorney. He has led organizations with more than1,000 employees and managed multimillion dollar budgets. His roles have included VP Liability Claims with USF&G and VP Commercial Claims St. Paul Companies/USF&G. With XL Vianet, Tom was a member of the senior management team that launched an Internet-based commercial insurance business start-up, from business plan development through business process design, technology platform decisions, Web-tool design, and business operations. Tom has significant experience in strategic planning, product development, organizational development and change management, and mergers and acquisitions. Tom's experience in setting strategic direction for rapid growth, acquisition, and reorganization environments and his keen sense for operational efficiencies and effectiveness enable him to effectively identify each Convergent client's unique core business competencies and how Convergent services can support and complement the organization's staff. Tom received his bachelor of arts degree from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College) and his law degree from Washington & Lee University. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and Defense Research Institute. |

Tim Shelton, Executive Vice President Tim has more than a decade of experience in administration and client relations at the VP level for a provider of insurance processing technology and operations to the mid-sized insurance organization market. He has special expertise in building banking relationships and negotiating sales and outsourcing contracts. Tim brings to Convergent a strong sense of the property and casualty insurance industry's needs and trends, and the value of his relationships throughout the industry's professional and marketing organizations. Tim's experience also includes 16 years in other sales and marketing management roles, with a tenure at EDS, and accounting and financial management roles at Sprint and NCR. Tim is a licensed property and casualty agent in Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Utah. Tim received his bachelor of science degree in commerce and accounting from the University of Santa Clara. |
