Convergent Insurance Services Taps Experienced Insurance Executive Michelle C. Wright to Head Compliance Services
San Jose, California, December 10, 2007 — Convergent Insurance Services, LLC, announced today that Michelle C. Wright will be joining the company January 2, 2008, to lead Convergent's Compliance Services Group. Ms. Wright will develop and lead the company's compliance practice and provide compliance services to clients.
Ms. Wright has over 25 years experience in both property and casualty personal and commercial lines in product development, underwriting, and regulatory compliance. She has served in insurance organizations of various sizes, including CIGNA, Reliance, Colonial Penn, and United National Group, and most recently as corporate compliance officer for Harleysville Insurance. Tom Trezise, Convergent president noted, "Michelle Wright has an incredible background in regulatory compliance and product management, and will offer our clients significant support options."
